REFUND & RETURN POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Items must not be damaged due to improper use
• Products with hygiene requirements must be cleaned before return
• Any defects or damages must be reported immediately upon delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged without our responsibility.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
Include the following details:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photo of the product (if damaged)
• Full name
• Full address
⚠️ Do NOT send your return to the address on the package.
We will provide the correct return address after reviewing your request.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Since our order processing is automated, orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our products are shipped from international warehouses. Delivery times may vary and are outside of our control.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You must wait to receive the item and then request a return.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
